Ceramic Coating, or Nano Ceramic Coating as it is also known, is a nano-glass ceramic coating that provides paint protection measured in years, not months. Formulated using nano-glass ceramic particles and state-of-the-art cross-linking polymers, Ceramic Coating creates a hard-as-nails protective barrier and a glass-like, liquid shine. The self-cleaning effect created by the immense amount of surface tension keeps your paint looking its best in between regular washes.

While a conventional car wax or paint sealant wears off after a couple months, Ceramic Coating forms a much stronger, harder bond that can withstand the elements to a much greater degree. Ceramic Coating is resistant to alkaline cleaners, degreasers and harsh detergents. Removing Paint Coating without physically abrading it is virtually impossible.

Ceramic Coating is comprised of nano-glass ceramic particles and state-of-the-art cross-linking polymers. As soon as these nano-glass ceramic particles make contact with your paint, they begin to fill in light swirls, pits, and pores to make the surface perfectly smooth, preventing dirt, water, oil and anything else from adhering. Vehicles that are Ceramic Coated will exhibit a highly-reflective, glass-like shine that will last two to five years!

The durable shell of protection provided by Ceramic Coating is harder than factory clear coat, making your paint less susceptible to scratches, wash-induced swirl marks, etchings caused by bird droppings and water spots caused by hard water . Best of all, this high-gloss coating is anti-static.

Ceramic Coating provides incredible water sheeting abilities. Thanks to the immense amount of surface tension created by the nano-glass ceramic particles, water will bead up and roll right off the surface, taking dirt and anything else with it. Ceramic Coating is guaranteed to keep your vehicle cleaner than any other wax, sealant or coating available.

We start by hand washing your vehicle, chemically decontaminating the paint and claying the paint to remove all bonded surface contaminants.  From here, we offer two basic options although other situation may dictate a different approach.  For new vehicles that have paint that is still “showroom new”, we suggest our Ultimate Detail + Ceramic Coating.  We do a full chemical wipe down of the paint to remove any preexisting waxes, sealants, detail sprays, etc to ensure the proper adhesion of the Ceramic Coating then apply a minimum of two coats the Ceramic Coating and buff it out after we complete the rest of the detail.

For older vehicles, or vehicle that have less than perfect paint, the vehicle’s paint will be corrected to a minimum level via our Ultimate One Step Detail + Ceramic Coating to ensure the job is completed to yield the results you are looking for.   For most customers, returning a daily driver to near showroom condition is more than satisfactory for a high quality result.  We will polish the vehicle’s paint to remove oxidation, light swirls and scratches.  After removing the polish, we will do a full chemical wipe down of the paint to remove any preexisting waxes, sealants, detail sprays, etc to ensure the proper adhesion of the Ceramic Coating Lastly, the Ceramic Coating is applied by hand and buffed off resulting in a glass like protective finish for the surface of your vehicle.  We finish the job by cleaning the wheels, dressing the tires, cleaning the glass inside and out, and wiping down and vacuuming the interior.

Good question!  We use GTechniq Crystal Serum Light as our main coating products.  Two coats of Crystal Serum Light are applied to ensure that the vehicle is properly coated.  Two coats of this product will provide exceptional gloss and durability for up to 2 years.

As an “upgrade” we also offer IGL Quartz.  Two coats of IGL Quartz are applied to give your vehicle the protection it deserves.

The last option is the best!  It’s a package called CSL Black, which is one coat of Crystal Serum Light followed by two coats of GTechniq EXOv4.  The package provide the ultimate in durability, gloss and longevity, lasting the typical driver 3 to 5 years.

Not as much as you might think.  While some Ceramic Coating systems can run upwards of $1000-1500 installed, we offer a high quality system from a trusted manufacturer for a fraction of that price.  This is the same Ceramic Coating offered at the dealership without the middle man markup.

A typical Ceramic Coating job will start with either our Ultimate Detail or Ultimate One Step Detail but will also include a chemical decontamination of the paint as well as a full wipe down of the vehicle with a panel prep to fully remove any polishing oils, waxes or silicone based contaminants that could affect the coating’s bond.  Each vehicle will be quoted individually, after an inspection and the quote will be good for 7 days, but expect that the coating will add between $200-250 to the cost, bringing the total cost of the job to $299-499 depending on the size of your vehicle and the level of paint correction, if any, you require.  You can get a good idea of the price based on the size of your vehicle.  If you drive a Mini Cooper, expect to pay the lowest end of the spectrum and if you drive a Cadillac Escalade you’re on the top end.

For vehicles that require more than minor paint polishing to remove heavier surface imperfections, we will do a heavier paint correction before the Ultimate One Step Detail.  Each vehicle will be quoted individually, after an inspection and the quote will be good for 7 days.  The pricing will be similar to above with the additional paint correction work factored into the job.  Our additional paint correction is typically quoted at $50/hour with a half hour minimum.
